Hey everyone,
Some of you may remember EB1 from their ICO. I wanted to share an update, as they are now raising capital and opening up an opportunity to invest in the company itself.
The vision is an AMEX-style experience for crypto holders. A premium card that brings together crypto spending, personal concierge services, travel benefits, and access to experiences such as Formula 1, Art Basel, and Cannes.
A lot has happened since the ICO. According to them:
The founder has invested approximately £1.5 million of their own money to build the business.
EB1 has signed a service agreement with Rain, its global card issuing partner.
Visa has made a €1.5 million-plus commercial investment offer for a five-year arrangement.
The private beta is live, with a public launch of the card and app planned for Q4 2026.
What interests me is where they want to take this. The ambition is to build a global membership brand that becomes part of how people spend, travel, and connect. Their roadmap includes expansion into Asia and North America from 2027, and the company is targeting $52.8 million in annual revenue by 2028.
The team also brings decades of experience across finance, payments, technology, and luxury services. Combined with the founder’s own investment and the partnerships outlined in the deck, that gives me a reason to take a closer look.
For early investors, the opportunity is to own part of the business as it moves from private beta toward a wider launch and international growth.
This is a cash investment in exchange for equity in the company, separate from any EB1 tokens you may already hold from the ICO. The potential upside could be significant if the team delivers, but this remains an early-stage investment, and you could lose your full investment.
You can find more about the business and the opportunity in their investor deck.
